Shipping Information :

Our entire product is 100% insured to the fullest amount. The Ship/ Handle/ Insurance to the lower 48 states with a physical address is a flat fee of $59. Alaska, Hawaii is shipped by USPS Priority Mail and the charge is $119. We do NOT ship to any AFO or APO address. All products will be shipped out around seven to ten business days after secured payment received .  Any non-payment will have the full amount plus any other costs including court costs reported to the collection agency. You are legally responsible for your purchase, so if you have any questions, please email us before you buy. All sales are final and non-cancelable. All damage during shipping or DOA must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving the product. All shipping/handling/insurance is not refundable under any situation. Warranty & Return:

  One year Transferable limited warranty on parts and life time on labors. This is just like a Dell or IBM computer warranty since you can transfer the warranty to anyone who owns the computer. It will increase your reseller value since people know it is still under warranty. All returned products are tested by our tech support personnel or original manufacture and if found not defective, it will be returned to you at your own expense. All returns must get an approved RMA# from us first. Shipping  charge is paid by the buyer during the warranty period. We will pay for the freight shipping back the replacement part(s) back to the buyer. All the information and specification are provided by the manufacture to our best knowledge. We reserve the right to substitute any parts with equal or higher value of different brand parts if the advertised brand is out of stocking. We are not responsible for minor type errors, so please email us if you have any questions. All shipping/handling/insurance is not refundable under any situation. All return must get approved RMA# from us first. The product can be returned for refund within 15 days from the date we shipped it with a 20% restocking fee. The computer must be in the brand new condition for credit or refund. The price of the refund will be based on the auction we run on ebay at the time we receive the merchandise, not the original price.
